Today’s keynote presentation will be provided by Mr. Andrew Roszak, Executive Director of the Institute for Childhood Preparedness. Mr. Roszak has spent over 20 years helping communities prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters. Over the past 5 years, Andy has been involved in numerous disasters impacting child care programs and has personally helped rebuilding communities and reopen child care programs across the United States. Andy will discuss the challenges that arise in the aftermath of disasters and provide thoughts on how we can get better prepared for the unthinkable.  We all have superhero powers within in – we just need the right tools for the job.
